All States Maritime Academy gives practical training to students in Marine Engineering Technology, Welding and Fabrication Technology, Marine Electrical Installation Technology, Shipping Management, Logistics and Transport, and Maritime Security Management.
Workshop Practical programs are available to all students for the entire duration of their stay in the Academy. The students are first offered the classroom demonstration exercise with regular practice in the mini-workshop of the Academy.
In addition, between three to six months off-class, workshop attachment is arranged with technical partners of the Academy, where the students uncover more sophisticated types of engines used in ship propulsion, tug boats of 500 dwt, and industrial diesel and petrol generators.
